Martin Wilson

Martin Wilson runs Bright Interactive, an agile software development company that's busy building fantastic user experiences using React and microservices, and is the founder of Asset Bank, a leading Digital Asset Management solution. 

He is particularly interested in applying lean principles to software development (through use of agile and lean startup techniques), and in leadership that avoids the traditional top-down structure in favor of high-performing, self-managed teams.
