Sara Teitelman

Sara Teitelman is co-founder and principal strategist at Ideal State, a consulting firm focused on digital workplace design. She has 13+ years of experience implementing award-winning knowledge management, innovation and learning strategies for global organizations and is passionate about using technology for social good.

Before co-founding Ideal State, Sara served as director of knowledge management at international NGO, Pact, where she led a successful digital workplace transformation effort that resulted in significant upticks in employee engagement and productivity. Prior to that she established knowledge management as a core practice to advance the mission of the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation. She is a blogger and frequent speaker at industry conferences and holds a Master of Public Health degree from the University of Washington.
