Siobhan Fagan is the editor in chief of Reworked and host of the Apex Award-winning Get Reworked podcast and Reworked's TV show, Three Dots. Her reporting focuses on AI agents in the enterprise, digital employee experience, the evolution of learning and coaching platforms, and how organizations structure knowledge for AI retrieval.

A trained librarian with an MLIS from the University of Pittsburgh, Fagan brings an information science lens to her coverage of knowledge management, findability and enterprise information architecture — a throughline from her early work running the Bronx Zoo library and cataloging the Museum of Natural History's slide collection.

Fagan played an instrumental part in the launch of Reworked in 2020 and was its first senior managing editor before taking over as editor in chief in 2022. She spent the previous 10 years leading the contributor community and editing the daily output of sister site CMSWire, starting as an associate editor and working her way up to managing editor. During that time she quadrupled the size of the CMSWire contributor community, increased site traffic, led social efforts on Twitter and LinkedIn and managed the day-to-day operations.

At Reworked, Fagan leads content strategy and brand development. She shapes the site's editorial calendar, has built out Reworked's contributor program and worked with the research team to launch and grow the Reworked IMPACT Awards. She was also an early adopter of live content engagement, pioneering the use of channels like Google Hangouts, Tweet Jams, LinkedIn Live and Twitter Spaces to connect with audiences in real-time.

She is a regular speaker at Simpler Media Group's in-person and online events as well as an in-demand moderator throughout the industry.

Fagan was named one of the Top 50 Women Leaders in Media in both 2024 and 2025, in recognition of how her leadership at Reworked helps "transform the media ecosystem, making it more inclusive and engaging for diverse audiences."

Her career in tech journalism started over 15 years ago following a circuitous path that included stripping roses in a flower shop, bartending in a bakery, writing for food magazines and an encyclopedia of entertaining, conducting original archival research for a Pulitzer Prize-winning historian, writing successful grant proposals, producing white papers for a design consultancy whose clients included the United Nations and producing the world's longest-running (at the time) Pecha Kucha.

She holds a BA in history from the New School for Social Research.

Fagan lives in Brooklyn with her partner and a wide menagerie of animals. She has hosted soup night for over 25 years.
