Go smile at a customer. Or better yet, find a way to make your digital customer experience a little more amazing.
It's CX Day, the third annual event from the Wakefield, Mass.-based Customer Experience Professional Association, an organization co-founded by CMSWire contributor Bruce Temkin and Jeanne Bliss.
Along with in-person networking events in multiple countries and a range of online activities, the day includes special recognition for 10 people worldwide who are making significant progress within their organizations to improve customer experience.
And just this morning, a panel of judges — thought leaders in the CX field — identified them. So without further ado, here are the winners of the 2015 CX Impact Awards. They include six practitioners, who work within brands that do not sell CX services and products, and four providers, who are employed by companies that consult and/or sell services in the CX space.
And the Winners Are ...
In the practitioner category:
Sandra De Zoysa, group chief customer officer, Dialog Axiata PLC
