Aaron Raddon is the co-founder and CTO of Lytics and has spent his entire career working to transform data into decisions. Aaron co-founded Lytics with James McDermott in 2012 after discovering a real need in the marketplace for bridging the gap between data and action. He has deep-rooted experience in optimizing the sales funnel, understanding audience signals, behavioral changes and audience sentiment.Previously, Aaron worked at Webtrends, contributing to R&D and working with customers to translate marketing data used for reporting into marketing actions. Prior to Webtrends, he spent eight years at Apollo Group leading their engineering teams and managed teams at Intel for decision support, involving translating large amounts of factory data into plans for capital and staff allocation to optimize output. During Aaron’s free time he can be found enjoying the great outdoors, hiking and eating his way thought Portland’s great food scene.
