Jesse Brock is the Founder and Chief Experience Officer of TransformCX, a customer experience consulting firm focused on helping organizations become the preferred choice in their market through experience design, leadership accountability and operational consistency.

With more than 20 years of experience in customer-facing leadership roles across retail, banking, consulting and training, Jesse has worked with organizations in financial services, healthcare, automotive, insurance, recreation and professional services. His work focuses on helping leaders close the gap between the experience they intend to deliver and the experience customers actually receive.

Jesse is the author of the book, Designed to Be Chosen, which introduces a practical framework built around four pillars of customer preference: Clarity, Consistency, Ownership and Design. He is a keynote speaker, facilitator and consultant who regularly presents on customer experience, employee experience, leadership accountability and organizational design.

Prior to launching TransformCX, Jesse held leadership positions with Scheels, Starion Bank, Bank of Springfield and GÜDgut.life, leading teams, training initiatives and customer experience programs.

Based in Bismarck, North Dakota, Jesse enjoys coaching youth sports, spending time with his wife Holly and their four children, golfing, and exploring the intersection of leadership, customer behavior and organizational growth.
