Josh heads the technology vision and day-to-day operations of Ensighten, and has established such key accounts as Sony, Microsoft, American Express, Staples, Home Depot and Capital One. Prior to founding Ensighten, he served for seven years as the CEO of Stratigent, a web analytics and marketing optimization consultancy. Josh has worked with clients like Motorola, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Mattel and General Mills, and with partners such as Omniture, WebTrends, Google Analytics, Unica, Coremetrics, ExactTarget, Optimost, Gomez, OpinionLab, Teradata and TeaLeaf.

Josh graduated from MIT with a degree in Management Science and focus in Information Technology. He has played chess professionally and is currently ranked among the top 60 players in the US.
