Joshua Ellis

Joshua Ellis has worked in IT for the past 24 years. He currently works for Apptentive in Seattle, focused on enabling relationships between companies and mobile app users. Previously he worked for Penn State, wrangling people and projects related to CRM, web development, and digital marketing. In his life before Penn State (and management, and kids) Joshua spent seventeen years as an IT consultant in Wisconsin, where he jack-of-all-traded in software development, embedded systems, data warehousing, computer security, networking, and system administration. Joshua is a published author on Perl programming, a veteran presenter on actionable web analytics, and happiest when he can learn new things and create great customer experiences.
