Kimberly Gress is the Director of Dell Boomi’s Client Services where she is responsible for customer success -- ensuring customers achieve the maximum value from products and services. She led the team’s successful evolution from traditional software support and services to industry-leading offerings in the Software as a Service (SaaS) and cloud computing industries. An experienced leader, Kimberly specializes in leading organizations in transformation. She joined Dell Boomi’s executive management team in 2008 to use her experience to prepare her new team for the future by formalizing and tuning their operations through the company’s 2010 acquisition by Dell and its ensuing growth. Kimberly is co-inventor of a patented System for Predicting Integrated System Process Performance.
