Ray Grainger
Ray Grainger has more than 20 years of experience in high technology consulting for the large enterprise, as well as small and medium-sized businesses.
Recognizing the growing business need for a service delivery platform to manage projects, collaborate with clients and remote providers, and handle project financials, Mr. Grainger founded Mavenlink in 2008. His goal was to knit together small businesses worldwide by providing a centralized online workplace that dramatically increased productivity and effectiveness, while reducing costs.
Prior to starting Mavenlink, Mr. Grainger was Executive Vice President of Professional Services and Strategic Alliances at InQuira, a leading knowledge management and enterprise search software company that was acquired by Oracle. Before InQuira, he was a Global Managing Partner at Accenture for 17 years. Earlier in his career he served on two expeditions to Antarctica and was awarded a congressional medal. Mr. Grainger is a Trustee and Chairman of the Finance and Budget Committee at Harvey Mudd College. He holds a Bachelor of Science in engineering with distinction from Harvey Mudd.
