Yvonne Dias

A visionary and strategist, Yvonne is the Group CFO for Mint and seamlesslymanages the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of thecompany, including the development of a financial and operational strategy, metricstied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of controlsystems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.For the past ten years, Yvonne has gained a breadth of experience by taking care ofthe financial, compliance and operational processes of Mint Group, and, during thistime, also served as the Group’s Independent Software Vendor Director to help growand innovate the solutions side of the business.
