The introduction of new technologies such as collaboration and social tools creates disruption for our colleagues, so take their concerns into consideration. The move to a mobile "anywhere/anytime" enterprise is not about doling out smartphones and tablets; it’s about fundamentally changing the way we work. So consider business needs and people concerns when rolling out new technology.
