Coveo Doubles Down on AI Agents
Coveo has expanded its enterprise AI search platform with significant product launches. In December 2025, the company launched RAG-as-a-Service for AWS AI Agents, positioning its relevance-augmented retrieval approach to pinpoint contextually relevant insights from enterprise data.
The company achieved notable momentum through analyst recognition and strategic partnerships. Gartner named Coveo a Leader in its Magic Quadrant for Search and Product Discovery in June 2025. Coveo earned the AWS Generative AI Competency in October and launched custom actions for AI agents for Salesforce Agentforce. CFO Brandon Nussey disclosed his departure in December, with Karine Hamel stepping in as interim CFO.
Enterprise AI Adoption Soars
Generative AI hit mainstream enterprise adoption in 2025, with most organizations now deploying it for content, personalization and commerce.
A McKinsey survey found 65% of organizations now regularly implement generative AI in at least one business area, up from one-third the previous year. For marketing teams specifically, 80% used generative AI for content generation in the past year.
Organizations reported measurable benefits including:
- Faster content creation (66%)
- Higher productivity (66%)
- Enhanced personalization (48%)
- Positive customer feedback (45%)
The focus has shifted from feature announcements to measurable business outcomes. A recent McKinsey report found 63% of companies embedding AI into marketing and sales processes saw at least 5% revenue uplift.
