Brittney Shkil is a second-year MBA student at the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. Prior to Fuqua, Brittney spent five years at Deloitte Consulting in the Technology Strategy practice, primarily focusing on front-end customer experience for state healthcare clients. After graduating in May, Brittney will return to Deloitte Consulting in the Strategy practice. Brittney graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Industrial and Management Engineering. She has been a contributor to The CMO Survey for two years, and enjoyed exploring how customer insights and behaviors affect business strategy.
