Coveo Solutions, Inc. is a provider of enterprise search, website search and SalesForce.com-based customer service solutions. The company also provides an optical character recognition module, a PDF search engine, and a platform for smartphones and tablets.
Coveo Solutions Inc. was founded in 2004 as a spin-off of Copernic Technologies, Inc. Laurent Simoneau, Coveo's president and chief executive officer was formerly Copernic's chief operating officer. About 30 employees moved into the new company, with offices at that time in Quebec City and Montreal in Canada and in Palo Alto, Calif.
Coveo has been called out as a "Visionary" in Gartner's Magic Quadrant for enterprise search.
