Microsoft Viva aims to provide a unified employee experience platform, bringing together communications, learning, well being and knowledge discovery all delivered through Microsoft Teams. The platform, which Microsoft launched in February 2021, assembles a mixture of new and existing Microsoft technologies in the form of four apps: Viva Connections, Viva Learning, Viva Insights and Viva Topics.
