With this upgrade users are now able to create and manage document annotations across the full range of Adobe Acrobat clients, including older versions and the ubiquitous Acrobat Reader client. This capability further enhances Portable Document Format (PDF) as a preferred format for the secure review of hi-fidelity documents.Other features include:
    · an extremely easy-to-use interface allowing non-technical users to quickly create private and secure review groups featuring full mail list capabilities including moderation, digest delivery and web interface · comprehensive messaging support which allows reviewers to interact using their preference of native Acrobat commenting tools, web forms or standard email clients · ability to lodge documents for review either by uploading or simply emailing attachment files to the review group · support for arbitrary document types including HTML, PDF and standard Office formats and international characters (Unicode) · straightforward administration tools for creating and managing review group memberships · availability either with a web-interface or as a middleware server and API for integration into existing document management environments.
