SaaS Web Content Management Provider Clickability is picking up some nice accolades itself lately and according to CEO John Girard, these honors are a testament to Clickability's growth with high profile companies in a number of industries. And that's not all they have to talk about these days.
Industry Awards
Clickability has been recognized by two different companies: JMP Securities and Nollenberger Capital Partners, Inc.
JMP Securities Thinks Clickability is Hot
Listed as one of the hottest 100 private companies in the software industry, JMP Securities, an investment banking and asset management firm, believes that SaaS is a major trend this year.
An Honorable Mention by Nollenberger
Clickability received an honorable mention in Nollenberger Capital Partners, Inc's Top 200 Private Technology Companies for 2008. There were 100 companies on the Honor Mention List. Nollenberger recognizes companies they believe will "achieve a liquidity event or raise capital at an uptick valuation in the next 12 to 36 months. The companies are typically late-stage, privately held technology companies."
New Executive Appointments
Along with the recognition they are receiving lately, Clickability has been making some executive appointments:
VP of Engineering and Client Services
Steve Atherton comes from leading tech teams at companies like Motorola, Sybase and ClearCommerce. With over 25 years experience in technology, engineering and sales, Steve Atherton will manage the evolution of Clickability's WCM platform and continue to increase the customer base.
VP of Technology Operations
Tom Cignarella has been appointed Vice President of Operations at Clickability. Responsible for all aspects of the SaaS infrastructure including reliability, performance and security, he has managed operations at companies such as PlanetOut, Symantic, BEA and Excite.
Director of Software Engineering
Responsible for delivering on the technical vision of the Clickability WCM platform is now Julia Fasick as Director of Software Engineering. Fasick will head up the development, QA and product management teams. Her 18 years of experience at companies like RSA Security will certainly come in handy.
New Places for Clickability
Finally, as they grow and expand, location becomes important. Clickability has announced it is adding a new SAS 70-certified, co-location center, furthering supporting it's belief that SaaS is Green. With lots to talk about when it comes to Clickability lately -- with their new Google Website Optimizer partnership, new video services, their CODiE award and now all this -- we wonder what news they'll come out with next.
