eZ Publish 4.2 Release - Sneak Peek Webinar (Today)

eZ Publish Web Content Management System
If you're into open source content management systems, then this ought to catch your eye.

Today at 5 pm Central European Time, 11 am Eastern Time you can join eZ System's co-founder and CTO, Bård Farstad, for a preview of their coming 4.2 release of eZ Publish (news, site). This version contains some interesting enhancements including:

  • significant scalability improvements
  • a new eZSI extension, providing full support for the Edge Side Include standard
  • eZ Find search engine updates including an Apache Solr foundation, faceted search, external content source support and automatic content relations
  • an improved content rating system for public users
  • eZ Flow updates including improved admin integration and new content blocs
