Lenny Nash is Chief Strategy Officer at ForeSee, a provider of Voice of Customer (VOC) solutions. Lenny created one of the first Software-as-a-Service-based customer experience measurement platforms in 1997. He co-founded Market Metrix, a methodology-based market research and analytics firm specializing in the hospitality industry. As CEO there, he led product strategy and grew the company 30 percent per year for 12 years. In April 2014 Market Metrix was acquired by Clarabridge. Lenny was General Manager at Clarabridge, and held senior strategy and consulting roles at Arthur Anderson, Kurt Salmon Associates, and Accenture. He has written and been published extensively on how to improve customer satisfaction to drive business growth. He earned a BS in Industrial Management from Georgia Tech.
