- AEO automation focus. Solution targets content and marketing teams optimizing AI presence.
- Enterprise impact. Brands and agencies gain tools to maintain discoverability as AI search rises.
Conductor says need agentic infrastructure to stay visible as AI reshapes how buyers discover products and services.
The company today announced AgentStack, an enterprise suite of native large language model (LLM) apps, developer infrastructure and turnkey agents designed to help brands manage visibility across AI-driven search experiences. The suite targets Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) — the practice of ensuring a brand is present, cited and trusted in AI-generated answers.
According to company officials, AgentStack provides APIs, an MCP server and native LLM apps for ChatGPT, Claude and Copilot, enabling enterprises and partners to build agentic workflows at scale. Agencies and technology providers including Optimizely, Razorfish, Havas and IBM are already building on the platform.
CEO Seth Besmertnik claimed the suite can reduce reporting time by 90% and multiply AI search-optimized content production by 100x. Turnkey agents can take content teams from insight to published, optimized content in under three minutes with zero-configuration workflows, the company said.

Building Toward a Unified Data Engine
Conductor targets marketing, SEO and digital teams at mid-to-large global brands and e-commerce companies. Founded in 2008, it provides enterprise solutions for scaling content, managing AI and search visibility, and connecting digital signals to business reporting. As agentic marketing reshapes how brands approach customer experience, tools like AgentStack reflect the shift toward autonomous workflows that optimize for AI-driven discovery.
The launch centers on three components: native LLM apps inside ChatGPT, Claude and Microsoft Copilot; developer infrastructure including APIs and an MCP server; and what Conductor is calling turnkey AEO agents that require no prompt engineering or technical setup.
The turnkey agents are designed to take content teams from insight to published, optimized content in under three minutes, the company says. Conductor describes the experience as "point-and-click," positioning it against agent tools it claims force users into more complex interfaces.
The product builds on what Conductor describes as four years of development on a unified data engine combining intent, content and technical signals across both AI and traditional search systems.
What Conductor AgentStack Does
Through the APIs and MCP server, enterprise teams can connect Conductor's data layer to their existing AI platforms to build custom agentic workflows. Conductor says use cases include automated board-ready presentations grounded in AI visibility data, real-time brand sentiment tracking across LLM platforms, competitive gap analysis in AI-generated answers, and technical monitoring of AI crawler access to key pages.
Besmertnik of Conductor said in a statement that connecting Conductor's MCP to an AI platform enables teams to build a custom version of its application in a day, and claimed a 90% reduction in reporting time alongside what he described as a 100x improvement in the ability to produce AI search-optimized content across emails, blog posts, and product pages.
CMSWire was unable to independently verify those figures.
Conductor, on site at the Adobe Summit this week (as are we). says agencies and technology providers including Optimizely, Razorfish, Havas, and IBM are already building on AgentStack for client deployments.
Alexis Zamkow, Global Offering Lead for Marketing Transformation at IBM, said in a statement that reliable, unified intelligence is essential as AI agents become central to enterprise marketing, and that Conductor's infrastructure provides the data foundation for systems that can adapt in real time.
The AEO Context. New World of Search Discovery
AgentStack is Conductor's response to what the company frames as a fundamental shift in how people discover and evaluate products — one where AI platforms like ChatGPT and Claude increasingly consolidate what previously required multiple searches and touchpoints into a single interaction. That shift has given rise to Answer Engine Optimization as a practice, with brands under pressure to ensure their presence in AI-generated answers rather than traditional search results pages alone.
Wei Zheng, chief product officer at Conductor, said agents are only as powerful as the intelligence behind them, and that the company's platform brings together the signals that determine discoverability across both AI systems and search engines.
Conductor All in on AI With Conductor AI
In June 2025, Conductor executed a significant strategic transformation, shifting from traditional lead generation toward content-driven brand building, simultaneously unveiling Conductor AI — a platform designed to help brands win visibility in generative AI answer engines including ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini. The pivot delivered rapid results: Conductor reported record Q3 momentum in December 2025, adding more than 50 new enterprise logos including Aladdin by BlackRock, Four Seasons and TD Bank, with net revenue retention exceeding 125%.
In Q3 2025, Forrester named Conductor a Leader in its SEO Wave, citing superior content SEO, AI-enabled automation and an intuitive interface. The company also released a 2026 AEO/GEO Benchmarks Report analyzing 3.3 billion sessions across more than 13,000 enterprise domains.
Conductor closed FY2026 with 50-plus new logos and surpassed ARR targets by 147%. On Feb. 24, Conductor formalized an OEM partnership with Acquia, embedding AI-powered content creation natively within Acquia's digital experience platform.
On April 1, 2026, Conductor launched its next-generation AI Search Performance capability, billing it as the industry's only system of record for AEO. Shortly after, the company announced a partnership with Noble to automate securing placements in third-party sources that AI engines cite.
AI Search Visibility Context
AI-referred sessions currently represent approximately 1% of traffic but saw 527% year-over-year growth. Gartner predicted mobile app usage will decrease 25% by 2027 as consumers shift to ChatGPT, Google Gemini and Meta AI.
LLM visitors convert 4.4 times better than organic search visitors. LLM-referred traffic generates 254% more revenue per visit than traditional referral traffic.
