Siberian CMS is an open-source and free app builder. It allows users to create cross-platform mobile applications with a drag and drop interface. The open-source capabilities allows users to create specific features and adapt the CMS to a users needs. There is no native language, runs on PHP and HTML5. Users can install and host the CMS on their own server. And users can link their app to APIs to create fully integrated services.
