Czech Republic-based Kentico recently announced an upcoming web content management product -- Kentico CMS for ASP.NET. The product is positioned for web developers building custom solutions and is targeted at becoming the lowest price ASP.NET CMS in the market. "Kentico CMS is original in its way it stores and processes data. It combines XML and SQL philosophy while leveraging the best of both worlds," says Petr Palas, founder of Kentico Software. "Developers will like it since they can use the standard or third-party controls they already know, such as DataGrid, and bind them to the CMS data." Kentico plans to release the beta version in June 2004. Product pricing will start at USD 499 per Web site. The development license will be free. Learn more.
