FileStore is Data Capture Solutions's award winning document management software. The software is web based and enables users to share and collaborate digital documents. FileStore organizes documents with automation in a secure database system. Index-field and full-text search tools enables users to locate documents using index criteria, keywords and phrases. FileStore also features process automation, which replaces paper based processes into automated electronic workflows. Users also have the ability to create reports and dashboards. FileStore has tight integration with MS Office and SharePoint, and with off-the-shelf connectors for SAP, Oracle, SalesForce, PeopleSoft, Sage and wide range of other line-of-business applications.
