Sharedien is a Digital Asset Management solution produced by Advellence Solutions AG. It is a DAM solution built for more efficiency, focused on enterprise level companies and can be used for smaller companies as well. The solution can be used if needed to organize, manage and make millions of digital assets such as images, videos, audio files or documents available worldwide.
Some of the features include:
On the fly derivatives. Users can upload images in a variety of derivatives and set files to specific formats.
Quality sets. Users can define quality guidelines for images which prevent uploading images if they are not adhered to.
Cropping. Formats for image sections can be pre-defined in order to ensure a uniform cutting of all images to a specific format.
Search History. Users can create queries and navigate forward and back. Search can be saved and shared with other users.
Mass Upload. Large number of assets can be simultaneously uploaded and tagged.
